Middle-weight Designer

Join our Design team as a Middle-weight Designer, where you'll take the reins of all customer-facing design across the UK, ROI, Spain and Canada. The team of designers work across various channels, making sure every output is of the highest standard and on brand. From campaign masters and store graphics to packaging, illustration, and UX/UI, we cover both static and motion executions.

Design is at the heart of everything we do, this is where the magic happens, we're looking for someone who shares this passion and applies it to every project. You'll get involved with understanding client briefs and translate them into original, creative graphic design solutions. Having a conceptual approach will be key as you present your ideas effectively, clearly explaining the creative and design reasoning behind them.

Your role will involve sourcing and art directing photography and illustration, including briefing and overseeing suppliers. You'll approach solutions with commercial awareness and a deep understanding of the retail environment, providing outstanding solutions to briefs both independently and collaboratively alongside art directors, design leads and colleagues.

You'll bring a ton of knowledge from your solid design background working in an agency or inhouse, have knowledge with brand guidelines and knowing when to stay on brand and when to push boundaries will be second nature to you. Having a creative flair, originality and strong visual ideas will set you apart. To be the best in this role, you'll need to have knowledge and experience in using InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat.

This role can either be based at one our Support Offices in Guernsey, Nottingham or Whiteley, working hybrid.

Up to £37,000 (depending on experience) + bonus and benefits
