Midweight Graphic Designer

We're looking for a Midweight Graphic Designer to join our growing UK Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Creative, you'll have the opportunity to develop and produce highly creative, high-quality branding and campaign work across multiple channels and brands. We are looking for a collaborative and proactive Designer, who has the initiative to produce on-brand content and the organisational skills to project manage.,

• Producing high-quality visual assets including, but not limited to, email, banners, videos, infographics, and interactive elements to support campaigns.
• Creating offline assets such as OOH adverts, leaflets, posters, brochures and large-scale artwork for events.
• Ensuring the design aesthetic is consistent across all touch points.
• Providing outstanding creative design solutions as well as accurate amends, ensuring the brief is fulfilled to the highest standard and delivered to schedule.
• Retouching and enhancing imagery to ensure high-quality visual standard to be used across various channels.
• Participating in creative review sessions, to share best practice and generate new ideas and initiatives to drive our brand forwards.
• Liaising with external agencies and freelancers when needed, to supplement in-house capacity.

• Have a passion for new software, technology, design trends & new media.
• Able to travel with work when required., At least 4-5 years design experience in an in-house design team, marketing agency, or as a freelance designer.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design skills & experience.
• The ability to confidently communicate your ideas both verbally and visually.
• High proficiency in creating / designing PowerPoint and Microsoft templates.
• The ability to work on multiple projects efficiently and simultaneously.
• Highly skilled in the use of Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Graphic Design degree or equivalent qualifications.
Desirable
• Experience with video or motion graphics using industry-standard software including Premier Pro and After Effects would be an advantage
• Previous experience working within the automotive sector
