Milk Tanker Driver

The position involves:

• Delivery of bulk milk to dairies across the UK.
• Transhipment role.
• Ensuring that the deliveries and collections are made on time and in accordance with our client's requirements.
• Keeping in regular contact with the transport team for updates on progress and managing our customers' expectations.
• Due to the nature of the locations of our customers there will be a high degree of rural driving.
• Attending regular training sessions.
  
  Must have a UK HGV Class 1 CE or Class 2 C Licence.
• Hold a current DCPC Card and UK Digital Tachograph Driver Card.
• Experience of Fridge trailers is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
• Be passionate about providing excellent customer service.
• Working to deadlines.
• Confident, polite and a team player.
• Good geographical knowledge.
• Due to the nature of the role applicants must be fit, flexible, hardworking and self-motivated.
  
  Salary for Class 1 Transhipment Night Driver of £43,935pa based on 10 hours per shift!
• Hours of work are: start time between 17:00hrs and 23:00hrs, bases on 4on 2off rota.
