Mini Bar Attendant

Ensure that all minibars are stocked with a variety of items,

including beverages, snacks, and other amenities, to meet the needs and

preferences of our guests.

Conduct regular inventory checks to monitor stock levels and

identify any discrepancies. Keep accurate records of inventory and report any

shortages or damages promptly.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the minibar area,

including restocking supplies, removing empty containers, and sanitizing

surfaces to uphold our high standards of hygiene.

Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing

guest requests, inquiries, and concerns related to minibar items. Offer

recommendations and assistance to enhance the guest experience.

Work closely with other team members, including housekeeping and

front desk staff, to coordinate minibar restocking schedules and ensure

seamless guest service delivery.

Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to relay

information about stock levels, inventory discrepancies, and any issues related

to minibar operations.

Follow established policies and procedures regarding minibar

operations, including pricing, billing, and security measures, to maintain

consistency and compliance with company standards.

Actively seek opportunities to improve efficiency and

effectiveness in minibar operations, suggesting ideas for process enhancements
