As MINI Brand Manager, you will oversee all MINI sales operations at our Warrington Centre. This role demands leadership, strategic planning, and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction. You'll manage a team of dedicated sales professionals, drive sales initiatives, and ensure that Halliwell Jones meets and exceeds MINI's standards in every way.,

  • Targets: Achieve New and Used car sales targets, meeting all MINI standards.
  • Sales Team Management: Lead and support a talented team of sales professionals through training, coaching, and mentoring to exceed objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers, delivering an exceptional buying experience and fostering loyalty.
  • Lead Generation: Oversee lead generation efforts and track initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Sales Process Optimisation: Continuously enhance the sales process to maximise both efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed on all MINI product details, effectively communicating value to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Balance inventory to meet customer demand while avoiding excess stock.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyse feedback to improve the customer journey.
  • Price and Incentive Management: Develop competitive pricing and incentive strategies.
  • Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all sales activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, including financial and FCA regulations.
  • Team Motivation: Cultivate a positive, high-performance culture within the sales team, setting clear targets and recognising achievements monthly.
