Full Job Description

We are looking to expand our premise team to include a dedicated Mini Bus Driver.
We have an exciting opportunity to join a professional team supporting the needs of inspiring children with a range of learning difficulties. The successful applicant would be helping our pupils access offsite opportunities, be it a trip to horse riding or an exciting educational visit, the applicants role would be to safely transport pupils and take responsibility for the cleaning and up keep of our mini buses.
This is a new role and we are happy to consider full time, part time or casual relief applications. Term time only 39 weeks a year
Salary Kent Range 3 = full time equivalent £23,337 Plus Special Educational Needs Allowance full time equivalent £1422.
We offer a comprehensive induction programme, with full training and support from our dedicated onsite teams.
The successful applicant will;
-Hold a current, clean and valid licence D1 unrestricted or D1 restricted (where the individual's car licence was obtained prior to 01/01/1997) or have successfully undertaken a Passenger Carrying Vehicle Assessment (PCV) via the Driving Standards Agency (where the individual's car licence was obtained after 1/1/1997).
-Have undertaken or be willing to undertake KCC Mini Bus Driving Training (1 day programme)
