Miniatures Studio Production Manager

Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a Production Manager to join our renowned Miniatures Design Studio. If you love Warhammer miniatures, and want to help us make them forever, this could be the job for you!

As the Miniatures Studio Production Manager, you will support the Miniatures Design Team to deliver the best fantasy miniatures, at the right time and the right cost. Possessing a keen eye for detail and a passion for people, we'll look to you to maximise the value of department resources through leading collaborative teams and driving effective processes.

You will be responsible for multiple teams, including the Project Coordinators, the Tooling Coordinator, and the Rapid Prototyping Team. Through these teams you will use your leadership skills to set clear goals and give clear feedback to ensure every Miniatures product is planned and delivered efficiently and on time to all dependent teams and departments. In addition, building and maintaining critical relationships with the Tooling, Manufacturing, and wider studio teams to deliver the best quality product at the right cost.

Organised and thorough in your approach, we'll see you delivering key departmental KPIs and reports to maximise design capacity and delivery to ever increasing standards. With an analytical mindset, you will manage departmental costs and assets, reporting on spend and spotting opportunities for savings and investments.

We're always looking for ways to get better at what we do, so this role would be ideal for someone who is driven by collaborating with others to improve processes and systems that will enable the end to end design process to run effectively. Naturally inquisitive, highly skilled in communicating and building relationships, you will successfully drive efficiencies across the Miniatures Studio by recognising opportunities to continuously improve.
