Full Job Description
The role of a Minibus Driver at Newcastle College involves ensuring the safe and responsible transportation of sports teams. Tasks include driving the college's minibus, conducting vehicle safety checks, basic maintenance, and maintaining cleanliness. The role also requires compliance with health and safety standards and organisational policies. Driving will include most Wednesdays, as well as the occasional weekend., NCG seeks to promote and maintain an equal, diverse, inclusive and supportive environment for work and study that assists all members of our communities to reach their full potential. Candidates must hold a valid, clean driving licence with a D1 category (unrestricted), or be willing to obtain one promptly. MiDAS training is desirable. Previous minibus driving experience and competence in performing vehicle safety checks and basic maintenance are required. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate teamwork, a commitment to the college's values, and eligibility for UK work and satisfactory DBS clearance., Disability Confident
