Full Job Description

You also will be responsible for supporting the outdoor team and maintaining the grounds by completing supervision, cleaning duties, looking after and maintaining park equipment and uphold great health and safety standards ready for our customers to have an EPIC time!

Are you passionate about working in the outdoors? Are you enthusiastic, a great team player, have a desire to want to create a great customer experience? We are looking for a team of High Ropes Instructors to deliver engaging activity sessions to young people and their adults!

Our High Ropes course is a fast-paced activity and will require you to work at different stations and multi-task, all whilst creating a safe, fun environment for all participants. Within this role you will need to be comfortable working at height and handling potentially tricky situations in a challenging environment. You will also be involved in greeting customers, issuing PPE, dealing with enquiries, problem solving and managing complaints.
