Full Job Description
- Prepare and serve an extensive range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, bespoke creations, and wine and beer selections.
- Design, develop, and regularly update the cocktail and drinks menu, incorporating seasonal ingredients and new trends while maintaining a balance of classic and innovative options.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalised drink recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order and that health and safety standards are met.
- Train and mentor junior bar staff on cocktail preparation techniques, drink presentation, and service etiquette.
- Manage stock levels, place orders with suppliers, and ensure that all ingredients are fresh and well-stocked.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant licensing laws, including age verification procedures, and adhere to responsible alcohol service policies.
- Participate in staff training, tastings, and events to promote the bar's offerings and enhance customer engagement.
You'll be a highly skilled Mixologist with a passion for creating new drinks and techniques and the ambition and skill to elevate and highlight the cocktail experience in our high-end members club at the Fulham Pier. This role requires a mixologist who can stay on top of the latest industry trends, cater to a variety of tastes, and create and serve a range of high-quality cocktails with your own brand of personality and flair to a clientele who expect only the best., It is essential that you have previous experience of working as a Mixologist in a high end establishment. You will have the confidence and panache to practice your craft in a way that contributes to the overall atmosphere of Fulham Pier, providing an elegant and remarkable experience for all guests., - Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques and the creativity in developing new drinks.
- Strong customer service abilities.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of Licensing Laws and responsible alcohol service policies.
- A passion for mixology and keeping up to date with industry trends.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and impress guests through a personalised bar experience.

You will be rewarded with a salary of between £30,000 and £40,000 plus access to a range of benefits, including a performance-related bonus, employer pension contribution, and life assurance - 1 x annual salary.
