Mixologist

Youll be a highly skilled Mixologist with a passion for creating new drinks and techniques and the ambition and skill to elevate and highlight the cocktail experience in our premium establishment.

This role requires a mixologist whocan stay on top of the latest industry trends, cater to a variety of tastes, and create and serve a range of high-quality cocktails with your own brand of personality and flair to a clientele who expect only the best.

You will be the first person to hold this position and therefore will have the opportunity to showcase your talents in the place to be seen!

Ensure compliance with all relevant licensing laws, including age verification procedures, and adhere to responsible alcohol service policies.
Participate in staff training, tastings, and events to promote the bars offerings and enhance customer engagement.

It is essential that you have previous experience of working as a Mixologist in a high end establishment. You will have the confidence and panache to practice your craft in a way that contributes to the overall atmosphere of Erin's, providing an elegant and remarkable experience for all guests., Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques and the creativity in developing new drinks.
Strong customer service abilities.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Understanding of Licensing Laws and responsible alcohol service policies.
A passion for mixology and keeping up to date with industry trends.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and impress guests through a personalised bar experience.
