Mobile Catering Manager

Are you a passionate Catering Manager? If so, we'd love you to join our fantastic catering team supporting our schools within Dagenham!, As a Mobile Catering Manager you will proactively manage teams on site as well as be accountable for recruiting, inducting, training, and supporting colleagues to deliver an efficient, high-quality service to Elior UK, our customer and clients.,

• Travelling to multiple sites to support the business need


• Motivating and managing a team


• Controlling and managing a budget


• Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence


Elior is committed to safeguarding children and colleagues. Candidates that are shortlisted for this role, will be required to have an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, including Children's Barred List, and two suitable references.

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week, term time only

• Proven team leader experience


• Self-motivated and able to work well unsupervised


• Previous experience within catering is essential


• Previous experiance within an Education setting is advantageous
