Mobile Commercial Plumber

we are looking for Someone who can undertake plumbing and heating duties across a portfolio of buildings. This role is based at Crewe location based., Main duties: Carry out planned preventative maintenance on engineering services as required and in line with skills set. Perform scheduled maintenance service on plumbing/heating systems and fixtures as directed. Install, repair and maintain water treatment equipment, piping and controls. Install, repair and maintain underground storm sanitary and water piping systems. Install, repair and maintain sinks, tubs.

Person Specification: Experience in the building services or maintenance industry as a recognized trade technician. Ability to undertake small mechanical tasks. Good demonstrable track record in a similar role. Ability to work on your own volition, produce reports and data for the Helpdesk as required. Strong customer care focus & high levels of communication skills Good Health and Safety awareness and knowledge. Full and Clean driving Licensable to work at heights. Committed, reliable and flexible and Able to work as part of a Team and to work on their own.
