Full Job Description
As a Mobile Catering Supervisor your main duties will be to deal with all aspects of day to day running of the school kitchens from planning to delivery. You will also be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment used. This role will include travelling to different sites across Nottingham covering absences and sickness.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle · Experience of working in a customer focussed environment · Experience of cooking for large groups including the menu planning, ordering cooking and serving · Ability to manage a team and deliver training and guidance .
