Full Job Description

The Mobile Devices Management Administrator role will be responsible for managing and maintaining all iOS devices across the whole organisation., Monitor and manage all corporate-owned devices that access business critical data via the Trust's Enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) System.

Ensure devices are securely managed from the point of provisioning throughout the hardware lifecycle.

Review and update existing mobile device management policies.

Handle all repairs, device issues and customer re-provisioning calls that are presented and assigned via the Service Desk.

Manage devices within the on-prem core MobileIron solution

Works closely with Service Desk, IT Infrastructure teams and Cyber Security to identify and resolve issues.

Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols for mobile device enrolment.

Follow up and report on all lost/stolen and accidently damaged devices with the relevant parties.

Action all disable/block/quarantined/lockdown activity on any device within the core MDM configuration and the mobile network provider when required.

To Lead and work closely with Digital Services Teams where necessary for all major OS and application updates.
