Full Job Description
- Act as an escalation point for Services and TCS and help them with advanced customer onboarding projects and complex support issues.
- You are a great communicator who demonstrates a can-do attitude and have the willingness to join conversations with Emarsys clients when needed.
- Ensure our customers and services teams are successful by creating useful tools and documentation to help them become self-sufficient.
- If you like working with code, you'll get access to our code base to perform data pull requests and bug fixes.
More than 1 year experience in native Android and IOS mobile application development - Great understanding of mobile platform
- Excellent experience working with RESTful APIs
- Previous experience developing software, with excellent debugging skills
- Excellent communication skills and customer-centric attitude
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
