• Painting and decorating to maintain a professional appearance in facilities.
• Performing brickwork repairs to ensure structural integrity.
• Handling roofing repairs including flat roofing maintenance.
• Concreting pathways and driveways.
• Slab laying to repair or create external paved areas.
• Maintaining and installing fencing for security and aesthetics.
  
  Proven experience in a similar fabric maintenance or handyman role.
• Competency in a range of skills including painting, decorating, and basic roofing and brickwork.
• Ability to manage a varied workload across multiple sites.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Full UK driving license (essential).
