Full Job Description
- To be flexible and work under the direction of the operations Manager providing Support Cover at units under his remit.
- Prepare and serve all Food & beverages in a timely manner and to the G&G standard.
- Provide information to customers about the food and beverages in a knowledgeable and informed manner.
- Work with all colleagues in a polite and helpful way to ensure excellent customer service.
- To understand and comply with G&G statutory health, hygiene and safety, quality standards including COSHH and HACCP ensuring all tasks are carried out in accordance these standards and to work in a safe and tidy manner at all times
