Full Job Description
We're looking for a Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer to join our Wiltshire FM team based across multiple sites in Wiltshire.
Location: Mobile role on sites across Wiltshire
Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday. Call out rota and over time. We can offer flexible start/end times if required, please let us know.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer, you'll be working within the FM Team, supporting them in maintenance across the Client estate.
Your day to day will include:
- PPM's and reactive maintenance tasks
- Perform multi-trade tasks, including minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure buildings are kept in safe, operational condition
- Respond to reactive maintenance issues and resolve problems efficiently
What are we looking for?
This role of Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer is great for you if:
- Proven experience in a multi-disciplined maintenance role, ideally across Fabric and M&E disciplines.
- Valid driving license.
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
- Flexibility to be part of an on-call rota for emergency call-outs.
