Join our Urgent Care & Telecare Response Team as a Mobile Responder, supporting people across Wiltshire in staying in their homes and avoiding unnecessary hospital admissions., In return, youll receive training and professional development opportunities, support from a dedicated team and the reward of knowing your work makes a difference every day.

As a Mobile Responder, youll respond to urgent situations and Telecare alerts, providing personal care, meal preparation and other support to help people in an emergency. We need someone who is empathetic, dependable, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Youll work shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays with additional payments for unsocial hours, and travel across Wiltshire to deliver timely and compassionate care.

We are looking for someone with a caring nature and a genuine understanding of the needs of elderly people or those with disabilities. No formal qualifications are required, but you must be willing to complete Care Certificate training if you havent already done so. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to manage your workload effectively are important for success in this role.

£25,183 to £25,992 a year Plus 10% unsocial hours for qualifying shifts
