Mobile Service Technician

As a Mobile Service Technician you will be out on the road, completing customers routine service & maintenance requirements at a location most convenient to them. • Responding to mobile service & maintenance requests promptly and efficiently
• Performing routine service & maintenance jobs to a high standard
• Conducting thorough vehicle health checks to identify additional work required
• Providing excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times
• Maintaining accurate records of services provided and parts used
  
  You will need to possess a Full UK Driving Licence
• Level 3 Technician - Main Dealer Franchise experience would be an advantage.
• A self-starter: You excel both independently and as part of a team, traveling to different locations in all types of weather. Each job is unique, offering a diverse range of appointment-based tasks.
• Have a solid mechanical / vehicle knowledge
• Have the ability to organise your own workload, work on own initiative and to strict deadlines.
• You will have strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
