Mobile Support Worker

As a Mobile support worker, you will be part of team working across 2 Mental Health Services, you will be offering support to individuals to regain their confidence in undertaking everyday life skills. Helping them to develop strong links within the community, you will support and encourage individuals to reach their goals and aspirations in accordance with individual support plans.

You will be required to work on a rota basis which will include weekends, bank holidays, sleep-in duties and unsociable hours, We are kind caring team who and a caring council who are committed to supporting people to have their best life. We will provide you with a full induction and ongoing training in order to meet our high standards and service needs. We will offer you full support and guidance and welcome you to the team.

You will hold an NVQ level 2/Care Certificate (or equivalent qualification) or have an equivalent level of experience. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships with customers, families, agencies, and other relevant professionals to maintain high quality care. You must have the ability to support individuals with complex needs and / or disabilities.

You will have an interest and understanding of mental health and will display the organisations values and behaviours in all you do.

Salary: Grade 4, £22,230 - £23,367 per annum. £12.18 - £12.80 per hour
