Full Job Description

  • Contribute to the successful delivery of mobility tax advisory projects, ensuring appropriate tax technical excellence and a practical/business-driven approach.
  • Coordinate with PAS colleagues globally, and across all areas of specialism, to deliver a seamless service to our clients
  • Maintain oversight of compliance delivery and support with related technical queries and client liaison, as required
  • Lead entry and exit tax briefings for internationally mobile employees
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service.
  • Delegate work effectively and assist with the development of junior staff.
  • Contribute to successfully extracting maximum value for both EY and clients from the services delivered while managing risk appropriately for both client and the firm.
  • Assist in winning work by proactively managing existing clients and supporting on opportunities with new clients.

    Excellent communicator in a range of situations, both written and oral.
  • Strategic and commercial awareness of wide business issues.
  • Enthusiastic and flexible attitude to work.
  • Strong and motivated team player.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Project management skills, plan and prioritize work, meet deadlines, monitor own budget.
  • Experience in working with Mobility tax, dealing with compliance issues and advisory projects, and providing tax technical advice where appropriate.
