Working withing a busy European IT department the successful candidate will ensure the alignment of our systems model and processes to the organisation's mission and objectives. Responsible for optimizing business performance and compliance by enhancing the alignment between business processes and IT. The primary role is to provide business and application expertise to support the European Business Strategy by optimising or designing models and processes. In addition, provide change management programme to support business process transformation with the necessary framework and documentation., Model and Process team is the ultimate guarantor of the European Division IT systems model and must ensure that any new processes and system interactions are in line with the IT strategy and business objectives. Main challenges and complexity are:

• Pragmatic SAP and peripheral systems models
• To align application strategy with the Business Strategy.
• Identify value-added and non-value-added processes.
• Evaluate demand for internal EISS and technical outsourced resources to help the transformation of the business and its processes.
• Establish and implement change management programme and framework, Capture existing and new business model and processes.
• Simplification, standardisation and continuous improvements of models and processes.
• Handle all aspects of change management
• In conjunction with the Business and CIO, prioritise change requests appropriately according to time, budgetary constraints and potential return on investment
• Design the structure and maintain the appropriate toolsets, BPML, Solman, flow charts, end user/support documentation etc… and communicate changes within EISS, Business and external support.
• Facilitate application Enhancements in conjunction with the Service Delivery team and 3rd party providers
• Provide a standard end user acceptance testing and industrialised automated testing processes meeting the business and EISS testing requirements.
• Meet governance requirements and comply with SOX and ISO/ITIL framework procedures, including reshaping controls and compliance framework as necessary
