Full Job Description
- Engage in conversation with customer to create awareness and need for renovation.
- Present the right OTIS solutions to customer and identify customer specific solutions
- Create configuration pricing and quotes for standard Otis product in the full and partial range of renovation products
- Close deals independently
- Manage both the lower funnel as well as the upper funnel pipeline through CRM and E Log
- Plan and forecast orders on annual quarterly and monthly base
- Collaborate with sales support and delivery team
- Work in cross functional teams for complex bids/RFQ's
- Role model and demonstrate commitment to The Absolutes in all daily work, decisions and in the environment created for your team
- Focus on targeting growth from both on and off portfolio customers
Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Commercial acumen

- Capable managing a long cycle pipeline in the sale of capital goods
