Full Job Description
To visit customer sites providing diagnosis and efficient repair of cabins internally & externally.,
- General plumbing maintenance
- Replacing flooring
- Installing Partitions
- Installing Kitchens
- Replacing / repairing lighting
- Working at heights
- To be able to remove / fit wall and ceiling panels
- Fixing roof & window leaks / damage to the external of units
- Amending doors & windows
- Paint repairs
A good attitude - A willingness to learn new skills
- To have a good mix of general maintenance skills
- To have a basic knowledge of power tools
- A valid UK driving licence
- A CSCS card
