Modular Planning Analyst - Leeds

We are currently recruiting for a Modular Planning Analyst, using customer led data to build efficient merchandising range plans, you will also have responsibility to deliver end to end efficiencies through the range build, driving sales and volume across all formats.

You will be landing what is the right range by store for our customers' needs whilst supporting the business strategies.

You will work closely with our commercial and range analyst team to build these plans ensuring their alignment to the supply chain strategy, landing the merchandising briefs right first time.

• Implement range activity, informed by Business and trading strategies, data analysis and customer insight across all formats?


• Manage and execute activity in line with the critical path, fulfilling all key milestones & escalate risks in a timely manner ?


• Manage the Department category in line with target metrics including market data, sales, availability, inventory and shrink/waste ?


• Embrace Future systems & use new data and tool enhancement ?


• Engage with stakeholders across the business (and stores) to ensure we land all activity right first time, attending retail calls and Modular feedback call?


• Implement category Midi space, Modular Planning trials and kit developments to drive sales in line with strategy ?


• Understand the competition, best in class execution and developing innovative ideas ?


• Ensure we execute with excellence through accurate admin and continual checks, ensuring you respond to issues in a timely manner hitting 7 day Service now Service Level Agreement?


• Review all activity landed, taking into account the customer, colleague and sales performance to capture celebrations and learnings feeding into the post launch reviews?


• Run store specific Point of sale allocations to submit to the Instore coms team ?


• Attend and support store autopsy on key activity
