Managing mortgage and protection pipelines for brokers by liaising with lenders, protection providers, solicitors and estate agents to progress all applications to completion.
Entering fully packaged mortgage and protection cases onto company CRMs.
Checking all mortgage and protection cases to ensure they are compliant with FCA and Network regulations.
Liaising with brokers and admin team to ensure smooth progression of workflows.
Submission of mortgage and protection applications as required including amending submitted applications when needed.
Obtaining outstanding / required documents and supplying them to lenders, providers, and solicitors as required.
Diary management for client reviews.
Ensuring client documents are stored and filed correctly.
Dealing with income phone calls from leads, clients and 3rd parties.
Maintaining good relationships with our existing and new clients as well as our partner and introducer firms.

Minimum of 1-2-year's Mortgage & Protection administration experience within a regulated firm
Knowledge of the mortgage process from first meeting to completion
Knowledge of different protection products
Experience using Outlook, Word and Excel
GCSE English and Maths C grade or equivalent
