MOT Tester / Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MOT Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting vehicle inspections to ensure they meet safety and environmental standards. As an MOT Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the roadworthiness of vehicles and maintaining compliance with regulations.

Duties:
- Perform MOT tests on a variety of vehicles according to DVSA standards
- Identify and report any defects or issues with vehicles
- Conduct diagnostic testing using specialized tools and equipment
- Maintain accurate records of tests and results
- Provide recommendations for necessary repairs or maintenance
- Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices

Strong mechanical knowledge
- Proficiency with hand tools
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when required
- Experience with power tools is advantageous, Valid MOT Tester license
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
