Full Job Description

You will be part of the creative department which drives and services all brand visual output. The Motion Creative role will be integral in working with the Art Directors and Creative Image Design team to drive innovation and finesse on all brand output that is motion related. The role will allow for the brand and department to be more agile and innovative in their approach to motion design/ moving image and film. Your Mission:

  • To develop and deliver design across moving content output by the brand
  • Experience in all stages of the editing pipeline: Ingesting / organising footage > Stages of edit from draft to final > Versioning assets for the required platforms > archiving projects for later use
  • Collaborating with Art Direction teams to drive innovation through motion content
  • Collaborating with Production to drive efficiency on set from post-production perspective
  • Assisting the social team with content creation and social-first assets
  • Translates creative briefs into understandable and compelling assets that enhance communication, persuade viewers.
  • Leads work to ensure on-time delivery for all projects

    Ability to work across multiple projects and tight turnarounds
  • Providing creative & simple solutions to answer a brief
  • Good eye for detail
  • Ability to work in high pressured environments
  • Pro-active and motivated
  • Strong understanding of campaign development and executions
  • Systems and Essentials: · Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro · Capable in AfterEffects/Photoshop/Illustrator · Understanding of basic colour correction · Understanding of sound design · Ability to use mirrorless and equivalent camera systems for BTS and social capture preferred
