Role Overview: As a KS3 Class Teacher, you will develop and deliver tailored lessons for a diverse group of students with SEND. You will play a key role in fostering a love of learning, promoting independence, and encouraging positive social and academic development.,

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that are differentiated for students with a range of SEND.
• Collaborate closely with support staff, including teaching assistants, to ensure that students' individual learning needs are met.
• Regularly monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
• Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with additional needs.
• Create an inclusive classroom environment that encourages confidence, engagement, and positive behaviour.
• Work closely with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for each child.
  
  Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching KS3 students with Special Educational Needs.
• A creative, patient, and flexible approach to teaching.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, students, and families.
