Full Job Description

SEIB Insurance Brokers , who are proudly part of Benefact Group , are looking for a Motor Insurance Administrator to join our South Ockendon office.,

  • Handling existing Scheme Motor clients using Open GI software
  • Processing & underwriting renewals
  • Dealing with mid-term adjustments
  • Maintaining renewal retention within expectations
  • Credit Control of non-account brokers
  • Direct Debit maintenance & control of unpaid risks

    Previous experience in a motor insurance role
  • Competent on Open GI
  • Understanding of motor insurance
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Excellent customer service ability
  • Understanding of insurance principles and practices
