Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Motor Vehicle Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles, ensuring high standards of safety and performance.,
- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on a variety of vehicles
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic equipment
- Conduct thorough inspections and identify potential problems
- Provide accurate estimates for repair and maintenance work
- Maintain detailed records of all work performed and parts used
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer and industry standards
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques
Proven experience as a motor vehicle technician or similar role - Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- A valid driver's license
- Hold a clean MOT testers license (Desirable)
