Are you an engaging Motor Vehicle Technology Tutor/Technician or do you have the desire to move into this rewarding role? Can you motivate your learners to reach their full potential?
Due to expansion of the pathway, we have a fantastic opportunity that will allow you to be a part of a specialist college for young people with SEND. We are looking for a candidate with passion, to develop the Motor Vehicle Technology Provision, tailoring training packages for our vulnerable young people. We can offer flexibility in this post for a full-time lecturer or a mixed role for tutor/ technician for the right candidate.
To be successful in the role we are looking for someone who can:
+ Motivate and support learners with SEND, ASD and SEMH;
+ Produce high quality programmes of study, schemes of work and assessment plans;
+ Deliver learning, conduct demonstrations and supervise practical work to reinforce learning;
+ Act as an academic and pastoral tutor to learners;
+ Train and engage learners on a range of topics and tasks relevant to the awarding body.
