Full Job Description
- Ensure the efficient production of moulded parts whilst meeting quality and cost standards, further developing personal and other team member skills.
- Directly supervise production operators
- Drive productivity improvements.
- Drive culture of continuous improvement
- To develop the quality system and quality structure with the mould operations.
Relevant manufacturing experience. - Flexible approach must be willing support in all areas.
- Efficient with SAP software desirable.
- Ability to troubleshoot processes and equipment.
- Previous leadership experience with manufacturing teams.
