Full Job Description
- To manage a team of Move Managers
- To manage a personal sales progression case load
- To assist with coaching, development, and motivation within the wider department.
- To assist the Head of Move Management in the future development of the department.
- Participation in achieving predictions and pipeline conversion.
- Monitor results and identify issues for development and training.
- Assist and work with department to achieve required predictions and pipeline conversion.
- Train and develop staff skill set.
- Conduct staff appraisals/reviews/retention.
- Reporting of figures and auditing files.
- Liaising with branch managers & RSD's
Excellent written and oral communication skills - Able to plan and prioritise.
