Full Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and bright individual who enjoys patient contact and working in a busy, friendly, multi-disciplinary team environment to support us in the delivery of a quality service.

You will work collaboratively to provide full administrative services within the Oral Surgery department.

The Administration Coordinator will actively work within an administrative team of 5 to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the service for both the multidisciplinary team and patients., This is a challenging role; the ideal candidate would need to be able to deal with complex queries; liaise and negotiate with clinicians;

proactively work on local changes and implement these changes quickly and efficiently. Thus, an in-depth knowledge of the service is essential.

In order to deliver a high-quality administration service, a positive patient experience, and excellent customer service.

We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, a team player, able to multi-task, use their initiative and has a patient led focus.

We are seeking an experienced administrator who can demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the Trust PAS system, admitted / non-admitted patient pathways and RTT.
