Full Job Description

We are seeking an organised and proactive MPC Progressing Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will manage the process of works orders from receipt through to invoicing and delivery, ensuring all deadlines are met efficiently. You'll also liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments to ensure seamless coordination. A key responsibility will be issuing the necessary certifications to comply with CE directives, ensuring that all processes meet required standards.   • Oversee the progress of new machine arrivals and deliveries, providing updates to Sales teams in Duxford.
  • Convert work orders into job packs for the workshop
  • Process internal/external orders, invoices, and warranty claims.
  • Liaise with preferred suppliers and contractors on-site.
  • Issue necessary Construction Equipment (CE) certification from Immingham.
  • Complete the Notification of Delivery routine and close cases when work is finished.
  • Post engineer's labour hours into the Integrated Dealer Management System (IDMS).
  • Upload documents to SMT safety databases
  • Book in machine and article deliveries, prepare dispatch documentation, and collate holiday forms.
  • Provide cover for the Team Leader as needed and adhere to health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.

    Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within an order processing or customer service setting.
  • Exceptional organisational abilities, enabling you to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise with ease.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for tracking progress and generating reports.
  • A keen eye for detail paired with strong analytical skills.
  • Capable of thriving independently as well as collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Desirable:
  • Experience within the heavy machinery or construction industry.
