· Assisting me to take daily medication

· Accurate recording and filing of a range of medical information as appropriate; ie MARs reports for medication. Training will be given by an authorised professional in order to handle and manage my medication

· Support with bowel care and general toileting - prompting to use the toilet, thorough cleaning, applying barrier cream for skin integrity

· Ensuring varied diet and hydration to aid overall health and well-being

· Keeping a shift log of all that's happened during shift

· Doing a shift handover after each shift; inform the next PA of any concerns, mood, and particular action to be taken.

· General support around the house which could include general household cleaning, laundry, mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, vacuuming, general tidying as required

· Following prompts on the task board and completing listed tasks, Though a part-time job, this will be a proper job requiring a National Insurance number to be submitted. A trial period will be necessary in the first instance. The wage will be paid 4 weekly on return of a payslip provided by the Centre for Independent Living. You will receive 5.6 weeks paid holiday (pro rata). You may be required to apply for a DBS check at no expense to you.

· You must be reliable, dependable and flexible

· Attend shifts on time; contacting your employer if there'll be lateness or absence

· Someone who has a good sense of humour

· A positive outlook

· Respect the privacy and confidentiality of working in someone else's home

· Experience in a caring role would be beneficial but not essential

· Mature and well-experienced in life is strongly preferred
