Full Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a flexible member staff to join our MSK Outpatients Administration Team based within Hampshire. This role will be located at Avalon House in Winchester. The role is a part time, 30 hours a week position, and we work on a shift basis of 8am-5pm Monday to Friday, so you still get to enjoy a full weekend to relax in this stunning part of the UK. There will be a requirement to travel to Totton for two weeks for initial training., We are seeking an Administrator join our team delivering a smooth and efficient administration service to support the MSK Outpatient Services for Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust. You will ensure that patients' appointments/ follow ups are booked in a timely and professional manner; also ensuring associated paperwork is processed efficiently. You will be taught all the necessary admin skills to fulfil this role and will receive support and training from the trust throughout.

In order to ensure that we provide a patient focused service, an excellent telephone manner is essential as is the ability to work calmly under pressure and to use your initiative. You will need to demonstrate a flexible approach to ensure that tasks are carried out.
