Full Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity to work as an administrator within the MSK Physiotherapy Admin team. This role will be based at Upton Hospital. You will be joining a friendly and supportive team, who are very patient focused. The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach and be good at multi-tasking, preferably with some customer service experience. Good IT skills are essential. You will be joining a welcoming admin team who are pro-active in ensuring a high standard of service within MSK Physio across East Berkshire.,
- Forwarding referrals to specified Private Provider Physiotherapy services.
- Communications to patient either by letter or text message.
- Monitoring and updating spreadsheets
- Booking and outcoming appointment on our in-house system
- Reception cover
- Sending out invite letters
- Making interpreter bookings via an on-line portal
- Monitoring our text message reminder responses
- Cover at other sites within our Service (Driving licence/car owner essential)
- Monitoring the group email and responding to queries as appropriate.
