We are looking for a person who can provide an excellent and cost-effective service to all Merthyr Valleys Homes properties as directed. You'll also provide a high-quality value for money services with the emphasis on customer care to all customers.
You'll carry out your core trade in addition to multiskilled duties line with the works associated with the maintenance, refurbishment and construction of MVH property or any other customer as may be required by MVH.
You'll also work along-side teams members and ensure that all repairs are completed within the specified time period and to the MVH standard, and in full accordance with the specifications relevant to legislation and industry best practise.
