Full Job Description

This role requires managing day-to-day marketing activities, ensuring consistent communication between operations teams, clients, and customers at each location. The manager will lead efforts in social media management, campaign activations, and creating bespoke design work to support multiple accounts, ensuring that each site has a tailored yet cohesive marketing approach. This position is ideal for a creative, hands-on individual with strong multi-tasking abilities who can manage marketing initiatives across various sites.,

  • Multi-Site Marketing Strategy & Execution:
  • o Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to each account's specific catering goals, while maintaining consistency across all sites. o Work with account managers and site leadership to create customized marketing plans that reflect each location's unique needs, clientele, and objectives.
  • Communication & Coordination:
  • o Act as the central communication hub between catering operations teams, clients, and customers across all managed accounts. o Ensure each site is aligned on promotional campaigns, events, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Social Media & Digital Marketing for Multiple Accounts:
  • o Oversee social media strategies and content creation for each site, managing multiple social media accounts while ensuring brand consistency. o Create site-specific content (posts, stories, videos) that reflects the individual identity of each account and drives engagement.
  • Marketing Activations:
  • o Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing activations, pop-up events, and promotional campaigns across various sites. o Collaborate with site managers and operations teams to ensure activations are well-executed and aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Design & Creative Work for Multiple Accounts:
  • o Create and manage bespoke design work for each site, ensuring marketing materials (both digital and print) are visually appealing and on-brand. o Customize designs to fit the specific audience and marketing goals of each site while maintaining overall brand alignment.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
  • o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across multiple accounts, understanding their needs and providing tailored marketing solutions. o Present marketing strategies, campaign outcomes, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders across all sites, ensuring transparency and collaboration. o Act as a marketing consultant to each account, advising on trends, opportunities, and performance improvements.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • o Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across each site, producing detailed performance reports.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders and teams across multiple accounts.
  • Experience managing multiple social media platforms and tailoring content to different audiences while maintaining overall brand consistency.
  • Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) for producing high-quality assets, tailored to each site's needs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sites and make informed marketing decisions.
  • Knowledge of the foodservice or hospitality industry is a plus, with the ability to adapt strategies for different site environments., Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing and design, with a focus on multi-site or multi-account environments, preferably in the hospitality, foodservice, or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing marketing strategies across multiple locations or accounts, delivering successful and customized marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns, including social media and content creation, for multiple audiences.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, managing the specific needs of each site while ensuring consistency and cohesion across all accounts.

This position will involve travelling tto those sites with the flexibility to also work from home.
