Bradford Theatres are looking to recruit a self-motivated and enthusiastic multi-skill (Fly's / Stage) to join our busy Technical Department. The successful candidate will work across all four of our prestigious venues, The Alhambra Theatre, Studio Theatre, St George's Concert Hall & infrequently Kings Hall Ilkley The Alhambra Theatre is a 1450 seated venue, and highly recognised nationally as one of the largest professional receiving venues, playing host to a wide variety of shows, ranging from drama, opera, ballet, international dance, West End musicals and of course the traditional pantomime. St George's Concert Hall is a 1350 seated /1700 standing venue and is one of the best acoustic concert venues around hosting a varied programme ranging from an international orchestral season, rock concerts to children's shows and comedy seasons. Recently also benefiting from having had a 10 million refurbishment investment. The Studio Theatre is a versatile performance / rehearsal venue presenting a varied programme for small scale theatre productions, rehearsals, exhibitions and meetings. Kings Hall (seats 520) is a community venue with raked stage and hemp flying system, used by the community and programmed by Bradford Theatres it hosts professional theatre and amateur theatre as well as careered events and functions.

For the post of Technician Multi-Skill (Fly's / Stage) you must have a minimum of 36 months experience of carrying out all duties relating to flying systems & stage equipment including but inclusive to fault finding and other stage craft within large Theatre and Concert Hall environment. Candidates must be prepared to work long and usually unsociable hours including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays and must be able to perform all duties and tasks with reasonable adjustment were appropriate, in accordance with the provisions of the 2010 Equality Act.
