Full Job Description

Working in our Voids and Responsive Repairs team you will be ensuring our customers' homes are maintained and repaired to a great standard.

You will thrive on giving great customer service, keeping jobs on track and possess the drive to make sure the work is completed to spec, and right first time.

The roles are varied, and no two days are the same! It's a tough task and our expectations are high. In return you'll have the support of a great team!

Experience of delivering Multi Trade work


  • For Multi-Skill Trades Carpenter you will be qualified to at least NVQ L2 with additional associated multi skill trades qualifications and experience of Multi Trade work

  • For Multi-Skill Trades Plumber you will have qualified with NVQ L2 Plumbing

  • For Multi-Skill Trades Painter and Decorator you will be qualified to at least NVQ L2 with social housing experience preferred

  • You will have good organisational skills and experience of keeping jobs on track

  • And the personal drive to ensure works are completed quickly, efficiently and delivered right first time

  • A full driving licence is essential as these are mobile roles

  • A van and fuel card are provided

    As you will be working within Customers' homes this role requires a DBS check.

    Multi-Skill Trades Carpenter - Up to £37,103 depending upon experience & qualifications

    Multi-Skill Trades Plumber - £31,808

    Multi-Skill Trades Painter & Decorator - £28,745

    Labourer - £25,530, You will also earn additional from being part of the out of hours' rota as this is required for these roles.

    These roles are for a team based in Gloucestershire so you will need to live here.
