Multi Skilled Engineer

Our Building Services team are looking for a Day shift Engineer to join the team in Central London. The purpose of the role will be to carry out day to day servicing of the Mechanical & Electrical Infrastructure with the ability to carry out breakdown maintenance on mechanical & electrical systems/equipment. The role will also entail sub-contractor inductions, reactive calls within contractual SLA and completing PPMs.,

• Day to day servicing of the Mechanical & Electrical Infrastructure and the ability to carry out breakdown maintenance on mechanical & electrical systems/equipment
• To carry out sub contractor inductions and putting people to work
• To take control of any works requested by the Site manager through to completion.
• To attend reactive calls with contractual SLA
• To complete PPMs and update eLogbook's with correct and full details of the task
• To have a full understanding of all plant and systems
• Full communication to the Site manager including completion of event reports and daily reports when required
• To ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements
• To ensure all logbooks/records are kept up to date
• To maintain stock levels and advise when orders need to be made
• To understand and complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time
• To attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as required
