Multi Skilled Engineer - Building Fabric / Joiner Bias

• Building Fabric and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Maintenance Services
• Projects and Minor Works
• Compliance Services
• Fire and Security Services
• Energy Services
• Traffic Management., Perform reactive and planned building fabric repairs and maintenance within NI Water facilities, including basic plumbing tasks based on your skillset.
• Engage in reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and minor project works to support the development of NI Water's facilities management strategy.
• Interact professionally with a diverse range of clients, representing GRAHAM with courtesy and expertise.
• Complete and submit accurate documentation in both hard copy and electronic formats.
• Utilise PDAs or other electronic devices to manage and complete tasks efficiently.
• Solve complex technical problems related to minor works, including sourcing parts and liaising with manufacturers for technical support.
• Adhere to the highest health and safety standards, conducting risk assessments for each task to ensure best practices.
• Provide regular out-of-hours cover as part of a rota system.
