Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Multi skilled engineer with an electrical bias, to carry out plant checks, planned and reactive maintenance and repairs.

You must be able to work to high levels of health and safety, understand and be able to work to building statutory requirements and ensure regular monitoring and inspection procedures are carried out for all equipment as part of the preventative maintenance programme.

You should be IT literate for record keeping, have good customer service skills, be physically able to carry out the fuller duties detailed in the job description.

The ideal candidate would have a background in building services, and previously worked within the maintenance industry, be qualified to either Level 2/3 City and Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation and 17th or 18th edition, any previous experience with water hygiene or L8 training would be an advantage.
