Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to help provide reactive and preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment at our fully auto mated Gloucester site. Salary: Competitive starting salary. (With room to progress internally after successful probations period with our 3 stage development programme) Shifts: Sunday - Thursday 22:00-06:00 working 37.5 hours.,

• Resolve breakdowns, reduce downtime, and improve plant reliability.
• Support the maintenance and wider team in working together to solve problems to keep our facility moving.
• Maintenance is carried out in both ambient and cold store environment to a temperature of -18, just like working in a freezer however full cold store spec PPE and equipment is provided.

  Electrically qualified with mechanical experience: Candidates need to have done a maintenance apprenticeship or have a city and guilds level 3 certificate, in electrical most preferred or mechanical if not. Multi skilled in both Mechanical and Electrical is essential.
• Experience of working with automation & PLCs.
• Working safely at height trained.
• Good interpersonal skills and enjoy being in a team.
• Willingness to learn and improve your skills.
• Able to drive to get to site.
