The Opportunity - Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative (Plumber / Carpenter bias) Working independently as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative, you'll use a company van to travel to pubs and restaurants in the area of London. (you'll be allocated approximately sites to look after), to deliver general maintenance works. This will include:
- Basic cold-water plumbing, including fixing toilet flushes and leaking pipes
- Woodwork and joinery
- Painting and decorating
- Floor and wall tiling
- Pest proofing
- Occasional larger works such as fence replacements, fitting of replacement kitchens and bathrooms, Could you be a great addition to our team? - Proven experience in either a multi-skilled trade role including experience of plumbing and / or joinery, or with one relevant main trade e.g., plumbing, joinery, carpentry, etc.
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexible approach to tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
- Ability to work on own initiative and make decisions
- Ability to work to tight timescales
- Although not essential, experience delivering maintenance works to multi-unit retail sites, or successful self-employment would be advantageous.

- Working 35 hours per week, 7 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with flexibility with working hours to fit around your personal commitments (e.g., 7am to 2pm, 8am to 3pm, etc.)
